About Drawn Up

I’m Ben Bankston. I started Drawn Up to help Division III conference offices make complicated scheduling problems easier to manage.

I’ve built more than 15 schedules adopted across four Division III conferences, ranging from individual sports to multi-year and multi-sport projects.

My approach combines optimization tools with hands-on schedule design, but the client side stays simple: we talk through what matters, I build around it, and we adjust as needed.

I’m a Washington and Lee University ’25 graduate based in Atlanta. You’ll work directly with me from the first conversation through the final schedule.
